Hearing set on default in Obama eligibility case Judge asks for 2nd confirmation that president notified of case

A judge in California has scheduled a July 13 hearing in a case challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president in which the plaintiffs’ attorney, Orly Taitz, says the commander-in-chief is in default.

Taitz told WND if her motion is granted she will immediately request access to Obama’s birth records and other documentation that could determine his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.

The announcement came from U.S. District Judge David O. Carter, who said: “Before the court is a motion by plaintiffs for reconsideration of order to show cause or in the alternative to certify question for appeal. Court sets this matter for hearing on July 13, 2009 at 8:30a.m. in Courtroom 9D. Plaintiffs are directed to make every effort possible to ensure that all remaining defendants are aware of the hearing and provide documentation that the individual receiving service is authorized to accept on defendants’ behalf.”

Hopeful that court hearing scheduled for July 13, 2009 will actually take place and that DEMANDS for producing Barrack Hussien Obama birth certificate will be upheld by the entire United States Court System – including the bought off Supreme Court of the Land. It is time for the Chief to come clean and produce the sought after long-form birth certificate that has authenticity. OR, step aside and be honest with the American public.

The birth certificate issue may “out” this to the general public, but Obama admitted he had dual citizen status at birth. That simple fact is what dis-qualifies him from holding the office of POTUS.

please sir. please find obama in the wrong and his vic. pres. joe biden i know this could be a big mess but . if the constitation is our law and he is in the wrong he should be removed he is making the law of the land a joke and this is not right he is a fake. he is tearing this country apart and making a big mess please help stop him and his crew . i really would hate to see here what iran went through we the people are having it hard enough as it is. the mess he is making could destroy this country as we know it. i love this country but i am very worried to what could happen if he does not stop . he must not care about anything but himself. i even feel for his kids what this could do to them and i hate that. but if my dad was a fake i would want to know the truth. right is right and wrong is wrong thank you sir.
