Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
Thank you God. Clarence Thomas is a constructionist Judge(according to his biography meaning he believes the Constitution of the United States says what it means and is not open to interpretation) appointed by Bush.
Who’d a thunk it? A conference is better than an outright dismissal. Donofrio claimed the clerk did not enter into records his first appeal so I hope the conference isn’t about that. I wonder if conferences are public record after the fact?
