“It was a moment that has to be heard be understood,” says the Internet’s most influential political voice, Andy Martin. “I was asked to do a brief guest shot on Lan’s show. But something ‘magic’ happened. In a ‘Network’-style moment, Lan asked his audience to shower us with e-mails; it started pouring. What was supposed to last a few minutes lasted almost four and a half hours of live radio. It wouldn’t stop. The audience kept growing until they finally started collapsing from exhaustion at 1:20 A.M. CST.
“Out of this extraordinary spontaneous combustion I produced the constitutional strategy that McCain electors should ‘jam up’ the electoral college with parliamentary procedures and demands for production of Barack Obama’s original, typewritten 1961 birth certificate (certificate of live birth). The response of the audience was electric.
“Friday morning we are going to start organizing a ‘Goal Line Stand’ in the Electoral College to force Barack Obama to produce his original 1961 birth certificate for review by the American people,” Martin said. “Republicans, conservatives and independents have a new rallying point. Don’t let Obama pass through the Electoral College until he has produced his original
birth certificate and ended the mystery shrouding his origins.”
Hawai’i officials on October 31st confirmed Martin’s claim that that they do hold Obama’s original 1961 document in their vault.
No one outside two Department of Health officials has seen the original document.
Martin has a court hearing Tuesday, November 18th in the Circuit Court for Honolulu, Hawai’i at 10:30 A.M. to force release of Obama’s original birth files.

I very strongly feel that Barak Obama should be called to account for his past. The least being forced to show a LEGITIMATE birth certificate stating that he is a NATIVE BORN AMERICAN! I also strongly feel that all transcripts of his college eduation should be made public along with any medical records past and present. And since there are questions about his political campaign contributions,they should be made a matter of public record since it’s been all but proven that he received contributions from foreign sources which I understand is illegal. Personally I feel Obama should most definetly not be allowed to hold the office of President of the United States.
If this traitor does not produce his birth certificate and has been given top secret information and is not an American citizen, he should be locked up in solitary confinement (or better) in a maximum security prison. His information would be leaked to Acorn, Hamas and other subversive organizations if he is not taken care of. We as a free Country cannot allow our freedoms and the many sacrifices be trambled by one “sleezy, lying, son of a bitch” He has to be found out and stopped, before its too late. I cannot believe the amount of stupid assholes who voted for this Muslim. Semper-Fi.

Bill Howland, I am in total agreement with you. There are too many missing pieces of this man. I really concerns me and I am sure many many others how we could, I did not vote for him, let this happen in our America. Too many uninformed and uneducated people just voting cause they can. I believe that voter should be informed and not just told to.
We have experienced some “sic” choices running for the office of President in the past BUT, this one should make the World Record, especially, given it’s supposedly elected choice. The 143 days he served in the Senate clearly revealed his voting pattern. Communism was never ‘dead’, it simply moved ’state-side’, so to speak.The ‘Planks’ set in motion by the Communist Party USA were excepted one after the other. No Force Used, merely accepted, therefore considered ‘Socialism’, the stepping stone to Communism (the ‘Change’ Obama spoke of, many many times). All he knew, all of his life, was Communism, Racism and facets thereof. ALL his voting fanatics could see was a ‘Black man’ walking towards the White House. And why not a Muslim? After all, the government all but banned Christianity as a practicable religion in America. God will not bless a Christian or his nation while spiraling downward in a backsliden state. There is definitely a severe problem when a person can qualify to run for President and he coldn’t qualify to be his own bodyguard!!!!! Sadly, he is right: “Anything can happen in America!!” ALL of the lives, the blood, the money and materials to supposedly fight to destroy Communism, what it is and what it stands for … NOW THIS???

The director did indeed verify he was born in Hawaii. Why would any state keep your birth certificate if it was not from that state?
In this story in the last paragraph it explains why it does not matter in any case. I would think ” Internet’s most influential political voice” would know the law.

The director of Hawaii’s Department of Health confirmed on Friday what Barack Obama has been saying all along: the presidential candidate was born in Honolulu.
“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate,” said Chiyome Fukino. “State law prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.”
Citing her statutory authority to oversee and maintain Hawaii’s vital records, Fukino said she has “personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.
“No state official, including Gov. Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawaii,” Fukino added.
Lingle, a Republican, has been campaigning on the Mainland for Obama’s opponent, Sen. John McCain of Arizona.
Obama, a Democratic senator from Illinois, was born Aug. 4, 1961, in Honolulu. He graduated high school at Punahou School in 1979.
the director never confirmed that OBama was borne in Hawaii, the director just there have been “requests” and that there is an “original”, but doesn’t say what is on it.

Any Martin failed, his suit is over and will be dismissed, what do the conspiracy people do next? Why not file charges against the State of Hawaii, last June Obama requested and the state sent a certificate which Obama posted and was later confirmed to be legitimate. As you conspiracy nuts claim it was a forgery you can file charges against Hawaii for sending fake documents, that should be your next step. Maybe Hawaii also sent fake death certificates for Elvis, add that to your charge! Good luck on that Tin Man!

(a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.
Or even better, contact the authorities in Nairobi, Kenya, and ask to see the records for Barack Hussein Obama II which they have designated “classified” and “top secret.”
In plain language:
I believe the courts in Hawaii and on the mainland will find reason to deny any further action even though it is apparent that something is definetely not right.
There is no logic for Obama to deny access to all records in the hospital where he claims he was born. There is no logic for Obama to deny access to his full medical records which could refer to his actual birthplace.
There is something definetely wrong, but I believe the courts who are charged with upholding the Constitution could coward out on this one.
We could have an illegal President of the United States of America. It is unforgivable that this matter was not immediately cleared up before the election and it most certainly must be clarified before Obama is sworn in as President.

Now that Donfrio is toast, “Birthers” are pinning their hopes on Wrotnowski refered to conference on Dec 12th.
It’s well known Supreme Court procedure that when a previously-denied application is resubmitted to another Justice — as was Donofrio and now Wrotnowsk, that Justice refers the application to the whole court. That’s because almost every single resubmitted application is brought by a crackpot, and is without merit. So rather than allow the applicant to keep re-submitting to every single Justice until at least six justices have separately denied it, the second Justice refers it to the entire Court, which usually spends about one second “considering” it, and then denies it as a whole, thus putting the application out of its misery once and for all.
This has been common practice for a long time, poor wingnuts keep on hoping and more importantly donation money! So keep sending your money suckers.
